Master Licenses

ServiceMaster’s International strategy for global development is to expand through master licenses. A master license gives the owner of the license the exclusive right to develop and sublicense ServiceMaster in a specified territory. Each master licensee acquires the right to develop and sublicense in its territory, the ServiceMaster brand. ServiceMaster conducts training classes for the master licensee in such support areas such as financial, operation, business, and marketing. ServiceMaster will also assist in creating an operating standards package for the territory that is consistent with the ServiceMaster program in the United States.
