David W. Martin
Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller

David Martin was appointed Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of The ServiceMaster Company in November 2007. Mr. Martin is responsible for company-wide accounting and internal and external financial reporting, including compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act, and for company financial planning and analysis activities.

Mr. Martin joined the company in April 2005 as Vice President and Financial Controller for Terminix. In March 2006, Mr. Martin was appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Terminix.

Prior to joining Terminix, Mr. Martin served as an audit partner with Arthur Anderson, LLP, and thereafter Grant Thornton, LLP, where he worked extensively with publicly held and multinational businesses and on corporate transactions including spin-offs, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Mr. Martin has a B.S. in accounting from Christian Brothers University.
