Thomas G. Brackett
President and Chief Operating Officer, Terminix

Tom Brackett is President and Chief Operating Officer at Terminix International. He and the Terminix team are focused on driving profitable growth at Terminix through improved customer experience and customer retention, additional gains in sales effectiveness and new offerings to attract non-users to the category.

Previously, Tom served as Chief Operating Office where he was responsible for directing all operations activities and safety goals for the organization. Tom has served the company since 1992. He's held the roles of Branch Manager, Region Sales Manager, Region Manager and Division Vice President.

Tom received a BA in Political Science from Florida International University in 1988, and an MA in Management from Webster University in 1990. Tom is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.

Tom's latest speaking engagement was in November 2006 where he addressed the National Pest Management Association on the topic of managing success.

He's involved with various activities and charitable events at his local church. He and his wife, Lisa, have two children, Tommy George and Patrick, and live in the Memphis area.
