Thomas G. Brackett
President and Chief Operating Officer, Terminix International
Tom Brackett is President and Chief Operating Officer of Terminix International, and is responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of operations and functional areas for the nation’s largest pest control company.
Tom joined Terminix in 1992 as a branch manager in Miami, Fla., and was a division vice president by 1997. Prior to becoming president of Terminix, he served as Chief Operating Officer, where he directed all operation activities and safety goals for the organization.
During his 16-year career at Terminix, he has been instrumental in shaping the company that consumers know and trust for their pest control needs. Under his leadership, the company became the first in the industry to surpass the $1 billion mark, and has continuously led the industry in adapting new technology and techniques in the battle against pests.
Tom earned a B.A. in political science from Florida International University in 1988 and an M.A. in management from Webster University in 1990. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
Tom is involved with numerous charities and is active at his church.
